I will be proudly co-transporting THE King's Putter to Oregon. A apropos little known fact is the golf professional at Tokatee is DAN KING !
Both Tokatee and Emerald Valley will be celebrating their golden anniversaries.
http://tokatee.com/history/ provides a short history of Tokatee, The Cascade foothills course is at 1360' elevation. The architect is Ted Robinson, I think before his waterfall period, and there are waterfalls in the area. For the adventurous, golf boards are available.
Emerald Valley is a strong championship course, and has hosted multiple US Open sectional qualifiers. A Bob Baldock design, and the current consulting architect is Dan Hixson. The owner is also involved with Wine Valley. The only course hint is to be extremely careful of the approach to the fourth green - don't over-spin and don't be long.
