That was a very interesting read. Thank you for posting it! I think golf courses are in good hands if we get more guys like these three and others mentioned in the article leading the way in golf course design.

Nice artilce.   I think they are correct that golf design is going the way of design/build and may stay that way.  The danger is that the general contractor types will have to enter the game to survive and in doing so may dominate much of the scene.  For the last 30 years the general contractors have had the back of those that wrote pages of specs and drew pages of plans because they knew they were of no danger to their business.  But now it's a different game.

I live close to the Schoolhouse Nine in VA and am excited to see how it turns out.  It's not a spectacular piece of property but I'm sure Michael will make it interesting and it will be a great way to bring affordable golf to the community.
