Royal Niagara GC (Niagara On The Lake, Ontario) has a railroad bridge behind a hole on the Old Bridge nine.

I think we need to replace bridges with zip lines, to add a bit of adventure, athleticism and drama to a mundane traverse of fjords, firths and tributaries.

Here is the bridge going from 16 to 17 at Tennessee National by the Tennessee River. I saw it built in sections with a Trac Hoe. It is defiantly sturdy.

Friars - off the chart views and miraculous construction.
Atlantic - cool serpentine woodwork.
Oakmont - maybe not "great" but crossing over a busy interstate is not something one does often during a round of golf.
NGLA - a "bridged" road on #14 which I relish "crossing" each time I am lucky enough to play there.
Winged Foot, TOC and any course with stone bridges.

Rent a copy of "A Gentleman's Game" ( or borrow one from Tommy Naccarato) to see the star of the movie--- the bridge on 14 at Rolling Green.

There is a great old bridge traversing the ravine on #11 & #12 at Lake Placid's Links Course!  Looks a lot like the one at Sleepy Hollow.

Lancaster CC has a couple of really cool bridges on a property that is filled with elevation change. Sorry but I don't have any pictures.

Here is the bridge on the 8th, with the 7th green below (picture is clickable to a larger size):

Joe,  Nice picture- just a great part of a special golf course. If LCC wasn't in the Philly area it would get much more national respect.

Well, the 2015 U.S. Women's Open sure is going to get some eyes on it!  Wow, that is just a little over a year away.

Some really terrific bridge pictures on this thread.

Whether or not it's 'great' is debatable, but I rather like this one over the mesh covered protective walkway on the 1st hole at Portsalon with Lough Swilly in the background.

Rolling Green in Philly has a nice one.

14th long par 3 - it looks like an engineering masterpiece desinged and built by someone who grew up with meccano.  Very nice indded, but not as opulent as some shown on this thread.

Love the bridges at Sleepy Hollow, Rolling Green, Lighthouse Sound, Essex County, etc.

My addition is the half-bridge, half elevator between 17 and 18 at Pittsburgh Field Club.  Not a thing of beauty by any stretch, but certainly unique.
