£16K !!!!!!!!!!

How much does it cost to fill it with sand a call it a bunker ? What's more I won't charge a design fee for that bit of advice.

I am pretty sure if they call in a few favours that hole could be filled for £160 not £16K.

I guess they've decided to dig out the entire drain to ensure there aren't any more weak points in the line.
