So, a couple hints to put this thread to bed:
#3 is a Ross course in the Boston area, but it's not Charles River. Some the picture got cut off when I imbedded it. The green is up the hill to the right of the edge of the photo. The next tee is behind the green, and the bridge crosses from that next tee to its green. That should be enough to give it away to those who have seen it.
#10 is a bit of a trick, in that I posted two different bridges from the same course. So, it's on a course that has already been guessed/identified.
