The LPGA are stopping at Seaview again, which is a place with HUGE potential.

A gem of a course, that with new set up, conditioning, and ownership, could be the Pinehurst (i know...) of the NE for daily fee.

The architecture is sound.   Let's pitch in!  It is up for sale, or was?

Thoughts?

Ok ,if you guys buy it , I'll help you set it up and run it !😎🤓

It is an incredible place in lots of ways , with two different types of courses that fit most every skill level . I love the bay course where they play the girls tournament and we could certainly fix the Pines , where Sam Snead won the PGA (was it 1942?).  They screwed up the Pines when they put the golf school and expanded range in about 20 years ago, but it can be fixed for sure.

Need some shuttles to the beach , maybe a way cool pool , ouch , but it's got great bones . Maybe find a way to use Galloway National for the ultra-high end guests , as its right next door .

Got my phone on , lol!
