What about the vote on September 18, 2014?

"A referendum on whether Scotland should be an independent country will take place on Thursday 18 September 2014.[2] Following an agreement between the Scottish Government and the United Kingdom Government,[3] the Scottish Independence Referendum Bill, setting out the arrangements for this referendum, was put forward on 21 March 2013,[4] passed by the Scottish Parliament on 14 November 2013 and received Royal Assent on 17 December 2013.[5][6] The referendum question, as recommended by the Electoral Commission, will be "Should Scotland be an independent country?"[7]"

Would that change anything?

Apparently it will be at St Andrews in 2021, not 2020, to celebrate the 150th anniversary.

St Georges is 2019 or 2020 is what I heard depending on what happens with Portrush planning.
A combination of whats good for golf and good for turf.

Why Troon and not Royal Troon when all of the other Royal courses had the Royal put in front? Birkdale, Portrush, etc.

Didn't see St. Georges. But hope you understand the question. Just interesting that some were Royal and some were not. Seems random on your list, but maybe not. Not trying to be a pain. Honest question.

It wasn't intentional.
