The Nordelta course by Nicklaus in Buenos Aires, Argentina has two examples on the same (end of construction with dormant bermuda) photo below.
Center bottom is the par 3 12th hole (210 yards), followed by the par 5 13th (522 yards) with its green close to the clubhouse and next to the 18th green which is the par 4 across the lake (490 yards). From the elevated club house you can see all of 13 and 18. The short par 4 17th (349 yards) borders the same lake.
As a bonus, you can also see from the CH all of 14, 15 and 16. The par 4 15th (407 yards) borders the same lake than the nearly island green par 3 16th (167 yards).
The course is arguably the most difficult in South America, with strong prevailing winds (against on 13 and 18) and has hosted 3 Argentine Opens, one of which was won by Angel Cabrera.
