I played this course 10 years ago and was the nicest par 3 course I've ever played. Then they had a fire in the restaurant and shut it down. While they were re-building the clubhouse and restaurant, they decided to renovate the course. Then they decided to have Arnold Palmer design a driving range. Its downhill and what I understand is the balls collect at the bottom and automatically come back to the top - like a bowling alley. Then Watson did a putting course.

They've been working on this for 10 years, and from the view at Big Cedar Lodge this place looks like its the Augusta National of Par 3 courses. Bass Pro and Big Cedar are privately owned by Johnny Morris and he spares no expense. Imagine Donald Trump as a hillbilly - and I mean that as a compliment.
