Can anyone name a truly great Vanilla golf course?

Holston Hills would be my favorite vanilla....and that is meant as a compliment...

Even at HH Ross added sprinkles with the dual fairway 7th.

I think the best "vanilla" golf course I ever played was Brook Hoillow.  Flat as a slightly undercooked pancake (fairways and greens), but demanding one's complete attention if one wished to enjoy the experience.
