You're missing Machrihanish Dunes, opened 2009, designed by David Kidd.

Machrihanish itself has a very complex design history, hopefully someone who knows better than me will fill it in.

Machrie (Islay) is currently undergoing some alterations at the hands of DJ Russell. I think Donald Steel and his team did some work in the past too, no?

MACHRIHANISH - JH Taylor did a major redesign round about 1913 (?).

INNELLAN & COWAL - need to check but pretty sure that both these courses were originally Willie Campbell.
