SE Michigan GCAer Brew Pub meet up Wed 1-15-14
« on: January 04, 2014, 05:39:04 PM »
Some of us on here are trying to get together this Wed (1-8-14) at a Brew Pub in Metro Detroit.  site TBD let me know if you are interested?  Suppose to get a lot of snow tomrw night, so we will see.  This will encourage us to get out of hibernation mode and all good things start at pubs.

Happy New Year
Ben

I'd be up for that as long as tomorrow's storm doesn't linger too long.

I might be interested in joining although the weather may be an issue for me.  Keep me posted on time and location.

Cheers!

Dragonmead in Warren.  Right off the 696 service drive at the Groesbeck exit.  It's the best brewery in town IMO.  Tons of variety.

Selfishly, I'd vote for either Black Lotus or Royal Oak Brewery.

I'm in Ben. Royal Oak Brewery has a fantastic location but their beer is average at best.

If I lived in Detroit I wouldn't want anyone to know my name either.
