Just because it is hilly doesn't mean it is easy to design

I live in a gently hilly area outside of Philly which is the home to many fun and hilly courses . But some courses tend to just go up and down the hill or have too much blindness. In other places in the area it looks like the hills could provide a good course but the slopes seem too steep or sharp. So it ain't a layup to build a course just because it is hilly.

Mike - Rolling Green is perhaps the best (or most frustrating) use of topography I've ever played. How the heck did Flynn end up with 18 uphill holes?

Mike, hilly land is almost always harder than flat to design a course upon, at least as far as routing is concerned. But it usually presents much more opportunity also.
