Has anybody bothered to play any of the United Arab Emirate's 'sand' golf courses? If so, any thoughts?
(I have had a taste of sand greens at Dannebrog, NE but wondered how the sand fairways played, the combination of artificial shaping to natural movement and resulting strategy?)
Al Ghazal sure looks like a more interesting follow-up to a morning round at Yas Links than any of Abu Dhabi's other courses...
