This course closed in 2007 as the land then was more valuable for development and was sold. Development never happened.  David Owen takes a look at what remains. The pictures are sad to see as this was a top notch course that hosted the USGA Public Links in 2003 won by Brandt Snedeker:

It's a shame.  It was a really good golf course.  IMO, better than the West.  Meanwhile, the West is still around, I think.

Jaworski purchased the West and it is still around.
