An interesting article. It is consistent with our experience with u/d greens in ATL. Everyone seems to love them.

The next new thing in Bermuda turf is TiffGrand. It has proven to be an excellent grass for green surrounds and shaded areas. It will be interesting to see if TiffGrand begins to replace 419 in fw's on new courses, if and when new courses are built.
