Bernard Lagat here on #1 at Bandon had fun and can run but doesn't really golf, props to him for giving it a go
the mentality of hitting and running allows you to not dwell on the outcome too much but focus on the shot at hand...aim hit run, aim hit run, etc...
is a great training method for those that may be too deliberate, as well as training you to create golf shots with the clubs you have
