I once drove for 16 straight hours with my wife because we couldn't get enough of the mountains. Enjoy. I'm taking my kids there in the first week of July to see the mountains.

Forgive me Ian, but are the other three St. George's, Capilano, and Highland Links?

That is correct, I jokingly refer to them as the big five, the best of the best.

The next tier brings a lot of debate, but very few question that collection of what you "must" see in Canada.

This used to be number 1 - and how we played it on the GCA outing.

I took a family vacation there last year and didn't bring my clubs.  I couldn't have played if I wanted to due to medical reasons, but the trip was outstanding sans golf.  All the previously recommended non-golf activities are well worth the effort.  The hike to the Lake Agnes Tea Hut at Lake Louise was very special, and the drive from Banff to Jasper exceeds the praise its received here.  Banff and Jasper NPs are truly very special places in the world.
