Does the guy have any credibility?

Here is a quote from his ranking of Traverse City at 10th.

For my fourth round, I’d express interest in "joining" Kingsley Club (pictured above) and hope they’d allow me and my group to pay for a round on what's nearly a perfect private golf experience. It's so good, and relatively affordable, that I considered joining even though I live in Brooklyn.

Why not just be honest with a course you want to play.  Does anyone really play the "joining" card? Is this list limited to publics except for Kingsley, because if privates are included Bandon is hardly #1 in the world.

#1 buddies course has got to be Tam O'Shanter Club, right? Hard to beat the combination of golf and hookers.

If he's to be criticized for anything it's for recommending anyone do anything at The Bear in TC other than level it and start over.

Given my love of binge drinking and communal bathing I would put Japan at the top of my list.  Most likely with this type of press Bandon will become so crowded that no one will go there anymore.

If privates are included, count me out.

Congratulations to all involved

Including the choreographers?  And I thought rankings didn't mean much (apparently enough to get the caddies up and dressed before sunup; I hope they were well paid).

I can't think of a better place for serious golfers to go on a buddy trip than Bandon.  Well done!

Exclude the privates??? You must be drinking. I just got back from a buddies trip to Pine Valley and it was EXCEPTIONAL. Had a chance to talk to Jamie Slonis too. PV is a great buddies trip.

I don't think Dan wants to get involved with you or your buddies privates!

I'm sure he'd take an invitation to Pine Valley however.

Maybe -- but where will we find Yogi Berra, to give him the trophy?
