Yes, Russ Perry did win.  We had a small field and only played a 36-hole championship this year. (Due to the restoration, the tournament schedules were switched around). The wind was up and the course was extremely firm and fast, which contributed toward the high numbers.

Congrats to Dunlop for all his hard work and dedication at OTC.   Saying I enjoyed the course is an understatement and I can't wait to visit again this coming spring to see even more of the work.   It's an amazing golf course and I expect it to shoot up the rankings for next year.
