How To Tell A Macdonald From A Whigham
« on: September 11, 2013, 06:35:24 PM »
I'm pretty sure that Onwentsia has themselves as a Macdonald (no disputation from me), but here's an interesting article about Whigham's contribution to the construction process of that course and the differences between his finished product and CBM's course over at Wheaton.

Jim,  great article. What is the source and year.  I'm pretty sure Onwentsia at its current location was primarily Whigham. Mac may have been involved in an earlier version at another location.

Interesting to hear that MacDonald "laid out" the course.  Who, then, pray tell, was the architect?  Whigham, maybe?

Any guess as to the author, or is the writer known for sure.  Could it be Bendelow, since he was writing a lot at that time.
