Cleveland being behind Columbus and esp. Denver is goofy. Cleveland has Canterbury, the Country Club (in Pepper Pike), Kirtland, Pepper Pike CC, the under-the-radar Mayfield, Brookside (if you include Canton, hardly a stretch under the criteria for New York), and the Firestone complex if that's your thing. Plus Sleepy Hollow, Hawthorne Valley, and Manakiki on the public/muni front.
Columbus has Scioto, Muirfield, the Golf Club, Double Eagle and .....?
Denver has Cherry Hills and ......?
