International courses with no sand bunkers

There are some courses in the UK that have no sand bunkers at all. Names that get mentioned within this category include Kington, Royal Ashdown Forest and my favourite, Minchinhampton Old.

There must be some courses in other parts of the globe that also have no sand bunkers? What are their names and where are they located?

Thomas, Pioneer Park in Lincoln, Nebraska is sans sand bunkers. Our own JeffBrauer did the renovation work there many moons ago.

If I am not mistaken, Spring Valley (Langford/Moreau) in Wisconsin has no sand bunkers.

Arrowtown Golf Club in NZ has no bunkers on the course but does have a practice bunker

Fanø golf links on an island off the western coast of Jutland in Denmark has no bunkers. There is a course profile by Ran.
