"The World from Above" - Western Nebraska Day 7
« on: August 05, 2013, 08:23:59 PM »
Thought some of you might enjoy seeing this You Tube video.  Day 7 covers the region between Valentine and Mullen. There are some shots of a few golf courses.

All taken with HD cameras mounted on Helicopters.

Good stuff Adam.  I had to put that one on my Facebook to explain to folks around here that just don't 'get it'.   ;) ;D 8)
No actual golf rounds were ruined or delayed, nor golf rules broken, in the taking of any photographs that may be displayed by the above forum user.

I liked all the different things people used to float down the river.

Was that the Prairie Club with the pine trees?

Great video but the golf courses were my least favorite part! I might watch the other days as well.

Scott, Yes on Prairie Club. Although I think they snuck in a shot of Dismal's 18th. That directly over head shot of the carts on cart path. Those are Aluminum circular water tanks they are "tanking" down the river. It's probably the Niobrara river, but could be the Loup.

Brett, Essentially, yes.
