Not only is his thread gone, but every response of his in recent threads is gone as well, NSA-style.

Let's hope it's a temporary departure. Shivas leaving this site permanently (or being banned from participating-- sorry, such language is reserved for threads on Tiger...) would be a dumber decision than the re-design of this website several years ago.
