This is a slippery slope with current architects, where you may insult someone who may have several fine designs to their credit, but only one has some level of notoriety. Black Sheep is a terrific design by David Esler, but I really couldn't tell you what else (solo) he's done. Same goes for Todd Eckenrode and Barona Creek. The Baxter Spann group (forget the name) and Black Mesa.
There's traditional notoriety (on magazine rankings or hosts big tournaments) vs. well-known on GCA. Black Sheep and Barona Creek are or were on some lists, but they're not really nationally known. Wolf Point is strictly GCA known (for a reason). Nuzzo's other stuff? Even less so.
