The long putter has made a tremendous difference with putts under 6 feet.
With the short putter, I had a better chance of making a 10 footer than I did a 3 footer.

Some unsolicited advice that's worth less than you're paying for it:
Go into your attic/garage/spare bedroom and grab a Bullseye--the older the better.It sounds counterintuitive,but a Bullseye will force you to concentrate on nothing but hitting the center of the blade.It worked for me and a couple of friends.
Sometimes the best way forward is going all the way back to the beginning.
