Is that where the Champions locker room as well?

Do they have a locker room or players lounge at the far end of the range?  It looks like players were hanging out there before beginning their pre-round routine.

Do members and guest use the range that is used for the Masters or do they use the "old" range?

The Champions Locker Room is right above that area on the second floor. The bulk of that building at the end of the range is the caddie house. The only other time the tournament range is used is for member parties.
