Sorry to bump this back up. there is a 9 hole inside an active racetrack right in the middle of Frankfurt, Germany. It's a Dave Thomas Design which shouldn't get anyone too excited, but it's a Fun course with nice views of downtown, worth a visit if in town and no time for Fraunkfurter GC.

Not inside, but I recently played Harpeth Hills Golf Course in Nashville, TN, and the backside of the course bumps up against a wonderful, old school looking dressage facility.  It was in kind of a remote type spot in the area, so I wonder if it is very private, even with all the grandstands or if it is part of the park system or what.  Regardless, it was very interesting to come across.

I think Warwick Racecourse also encloses a golf course of some sort.

Yes it does!

Shortish and on a tight piece of property. Not played it, but it is a golf course!
