Worst Thing?

A) I guess the Caucasian Clause. Anything that specifically excludes a group of people from something like golf can't be a good thing, in my opinion. Thankfully those days are behind us.

B) Greens Committees. I would guess attorneys, doctors, and accountants who have played armchair architect on their home course have done the most damage to courses. Seems courses were in better hands when the superintendents made every decision.

If the question had been "What's the worst thing that's happened to Politics?", my answer would have been "Polling", for the same reason.  The rankings have led to a lack of innovation -- to everyone copying what's popular, instead of to real leadership.
