Other than "Grounds for Golf", are there any notable books on GCA available for Kindle. More importantly, is there anything upcoming?

Alister MacKenzie's Golf Architecture is on Kindle, and I know that Darwin's The Golf Courses of England, Ireland, Scotland, and Wales is on the iPad. I would imagine that Dream Golf is on the Kindle too but I have not checked.

Hopefully the new Confidential Guide will be even if that is one of the very few books that I'd still buy a hard copy of.

Wyatt there are a lot of free .pdfs.
