Being how meth makers are caught shaking up meth in Wal Mart parking lots after they buy ingredients, this shouldn’t surprise us but it does....

Were those bermuda fairways in the video Craig?

Jason,

I'm sure they are bermuda,  most all the fairways in Oklahoma are. I played that course once, not much there.

Interesting The Patriot Club went Zoysia, but Tulsa is a little farther north.

Hope things are going well down there.

I've played that course. In the late 90's Canadian County, Oklahoma was called the meth capital of America.

Jason,

Karsten Creek here in Stillwater also has Zoysia grass fairways.  Apparently the Zoysia band does cover a good portion of the upper part of the state.  I think the fact that Karsten and Patriot are both high end limited play courses has something to do with that.

Over the last couple of years courses here have been migrating away from bentgrass greens to burmuda greens, due to the heat and lack of water.

Sadly meth is still a plague here in Oklahoma, despite some tough laws about buying the ingredients.  After the laws were implemented there was a dramatic decrease in lab busts.  However, the new shake and bake method makes it to produce and harder to get caught.
