Doesn't it depend a bit on how good the hot dog is? Are they making their own sausages and home made brioche buns or is it an overcooked ball park frank on a Wonder Bread roll? Granted for $12 it had better be the former. Do they at least have some good local microbrews available to wash it down with?
Even Chicago's finest purveyor of encased meat products doesn't reach this level of larceny.
