That is outstanding stuff!

The favorite courses/holes section is excellent.

And the section on what amateurs miss is worth a read as well.

Thanks for pointing this out (I missed it on his blogspot) and RoMo thanks for the interview with Ian. Writing to ASGCA at 14, an invitation to do a master Plan at 18, build one's first green at 19 and produce a routing plan at 20! The lad seemed motivated and pro-active! He seems to have done a "Doak" in Canada by checking out lotsa courses before getting into the business.

Neat insights about the golfer's psyche to boot. Ian A. always seems, to me, to be able to describe things simply and clearly as in his Retrospective series on Laval...just terrific.
