Photo of the Year - B Sides
« on: December 06, 2012, 10:18:34 AM »
I remember doing a B-Side thread in 2010 but not really sure about last year? Either way, Sven's opening post on the 2012 POTY thread jogged my memory that we should do another one. So here it is - a thread meant to be a repository for your next best photo from 2012. I am certain all will be of A-Side quality.

Unfortunately, this exercise is one without a prize. Only the assurance that you did in fact take more than one photo in 2012 and that the whole wide world web will have a chance to view it. That's really a prize in and of itself wouldn't you say? Cheers.

Bill,

It looks like the fairway used to come all the way from the green down to the bottom, when/why would they change that?

This "B" side goes with my "A" side submission showing the hearty participants on that day last January.  Note the snow-fence and light-standards we had to navigate on our opening tee-shot (Byrncliff was getting prepped for the Cross Country season).

I do not know, only played as a guest there this summer. It is a pretty steep hill to mainatin as fairway. Why do you ask, you want wedges with back spin to suck back down the hill? :)

You got this one up pretty quick...I'm suspicious that it might be your wallpaper. Anything you'd like to share with the group?

Mark that’s just Brian’s little joke, that is Mike Cirba. Handsome chap isn’t he?

Funny thing is I am in the next but one down that Sean posted.

Absolutely!   ;D

The hole reminds me a lot of one on the back nine at Charles River CC.

We had the pleasure of these guys joining us at a soon to be very noteworthy course.  It was pretty funny when they kept trying to herd our golf cart!

Nice one, Bryan. Pretty sure that's me there with the very worst angle. Well the very worst lie at least!
