The esteemed Dr. Klein, a double threat, will be speaking and signing in Columbus, Ohio, Wed., Dec. 5, at Ohio Turfgrass Foundation Show, Greater Columbus Convention Center.

10-11 a.m., "The Place of Trees on Golf Courses"
12:30-2 p.m., book signing, "Discovering Donald Ross"
4-5 p.m., "A Whole New Ball Game: How Golf's a Great Game But a Lousy Business"

Stan, you missed a lot of shows this year. Next are San Diego (Feb. 5) and Baltimore (March 11).

Brad - not to put words in your mouth... but after introductions and you answer the question Is there (a) "Place for Trees on Golf Courses"" with a curt "no", what will you will the other 55 minutes with? :)

Chip, this is about comprehensive tree management, not simply wholesale tree removal. I've reduced my photo collection to 80 examples of how to do it right and wrong.
