We recently bid a civil construction project that has some golf course construction work involved in Lansing, MI on two holes of the Groesbeck GC. There were some requirements that whomever would do the work on re-doing these two holes had to have golf course construction experience that included bunker, green, fairway construction and shaping along with restoration of all of those as well.
Can anyone tell me anything about him? He lists several courses he's worked on but is he just a shaper?
