Re: Supers and Course Managers. How much do they influence green committees?

The GCSAA which is the national association for Supers offers a wide variety of educational opportunities including architecturally based seminars led by top quality people.  However it does suprise me sometimes how many supers at good, old clubs choose not to learn about the historical significance of their course and it's designer.  Fortunately a good many do and take their job as caretaker of a living piece of history seriously.  As for the club mentioned above that allows the GM to treat the super like a puppet then they deserve whatever crummy conditions they get.
