I can't believe a pic of the 1st hole at Mid Ocean has not been posted (I don't know to post pics!).  It would be a prime example of Pat's topic (and I think it is the best "opener" in all of golf).

I don't recall if it's the first or second hole, but doesn't Gullane # 1 have a skyline green ? ,
