Steve, I have played here a dozen or so times through the years, and know the course fairly well.  OK course, some good holes, no horrible holes.  Certainly worth playing if in the area but not worth making a special trip to here from you just to see it and nothing else. 
4-5 holes on the water.  A few holes feel a bit wedged in--a result of not having quite as much land as I am sure they'd like but you make do with what you have I guess.
One of the new holes is an almost-drivable par 4 that I always feel could have been done better (like I know what I am talking about  ;))   The risk is very high and the chance of pulling it off as currently configured is pretty slim.
