Haven't played it but you get a largely intact Emmet course, if memory serves, although I understand there may have been some changes when one of the roads were built (I-84?). 

If I were in your shoes I would definitely take the time to play it.  My experience with Emmet courses is that you never know what you're going to find, as he was unafraid to take on any kind of terrain in any number of ways, particularly in siting greens around, in, on top of, at the bottom of, and along side steep grades. 

The aerials don't suggest the course is choked by trees, either.

Mayday,

Powleton has lots movement in the land, several qiurky yet stellar holes, lack of tree intrusion.  Its about 5900 or 6000 yards. Several cool green complexes. great conditioning. Definitely worth playing  ! more info at
