I saw it at Borders the other day & just glanced at it - I'm assuming it's a reprint because nothing jumped out at me as new, but I think it's by Clocktower, so maybe there's info on their site.

Classics of Golf reprinted it a number of years ago and would the most reasonable priced edition to acquire.
"Perimeter-weighted fairways", The best euphemism for containment mounding I've ever heard.

Just checked Amazon. It doesn't appear to be Clock Tower, though I really thought it was.
