New Jersey course

I remember seeing some pure photographs on here of (I think) a muni course in South Jersey. From what I remember the course was on the water, very rustic and close in character to a links.

Any help remembering the name would be great!

I have just realized that to get to the shore is too great a detour today. Any other ideas for muni courses with good architecture near the i95 between Baltimore & Philidelphia would be most appreciated!.

Inniscrone is worth playing. Good Gil Hanse course.  I'm not sure how far out of the way it would be for you guys.

Just played there again yesterday afternoon and am happy to report all is well.  I played my 18 with Jim Coleman, as he was putting the touches on his 36 hole day.

Thanks all. Inniscrone looks pretty cool so hopefully will head that way at some stage! Unfortunately after a turbulent day at the DMV there is no longer any time for golf.

There are a lot of good public golf options in South Jersey. Take a look at http://www.acgolfvacations.com/golf/courses.cfm.

My favorites down that way are Twisted Dune, Shoregate, Blue Heron Pines, and Scotland Run (with the first and the last being the best in my opinion).
