Yes, I think I was referring to lacy eged bunkers as the Gingerbread bunkers. Not sure where I heard the term. As noted above, they aren't shaped like Gingerbread cookies at all!
That said, the lacey edges were initially a reaction (in part) to the "Boobs and Butts" bunkers from the 60-90's. Funny, but so many architects are using them now that they are now almost as much of a cookie cutter format as what they replaced, no?
