That the course changes eliminated the weekend roars.
Three years of more normal weather showed the changes to be appropriate and the setup and players fully capable of producing excitement

Jeff, it's also helped that some of the changes have been changed. And the greens weren't quite lightning fast this weekend.

What "unchanged" have lowered scoring?
 A couple trees on 11 don't create more birdies(although they could lose a few more over there and a few on 17)
The no roars years were caused bu cold weather and wind against on 13 and 15
