« on: March 28, 2012, 12:47:27 PM »
Sorry if this has been covered before but couldn't find it on the search. Does someone have the routing for Senonack. I was looking at the google earth image and was having trouble figuring out the routing. Thanks in advance

Thanks Jim!  What is the green between 16 and 10?

I believe they rebuilt the 16th green.

Good article on the making of Sebonack ... including the battle for #18 to play as a par 5.

Sebonack (as it relates to the course and not the creek/road/inlet) may be the most mispelled word in gawf.

Thanks for posting it. I enjoyed the course and people so much there. It is a special course i an area full of special places. It lives in the best of company.

Was the rebuild of the 16th green after October 2009 when I was there?

We saw the new 14th green but it wasn't in play yet, and played the 4th green as they were adding to it.

So I jump ship in Hong Kong....

Brad:

The 16th was rebuilt the year after the course opened -- 2006 or 2007, I can't remember.  You can see the original green in the photo above, sixty yards in front of the one you played.

The correct pronunciation is  Suh - bah - nick.  [That may not work for non-English speakers!]

Why was it moved? And who did it?
