In reviewing Ran's write-ups on courses, I was shocked to not see one golf course - Merion. 

Further, it does not appear on The Next Fifty.

Am I missing something??

Not 100 percent positive, but I believe that Merion asked that it be removed years ago (well before the famous Merion threads). Myopia Hunt did the same.....
