The purpose of the match play was to pit 2 comparable and possibly rival golf courses against each other.  You should be flattered then by their inclusion with Sand Hills and Pebble Beach.  There is no second round as I don't have the time or the skill to compile the votes. 

I wanted to pair Rock Creek against Gozzer Ranch, in which I think Rock Creek would have been the clear favorite.  However, I did not think there was enough people that had played both courses.  I also wanted to pair Lost Dunes against The Dunes Club but thought it would  be hard to pit an 18 against a 9 hole course - would have been interested how that one worked out.

I would think that most people willing to travel to Northern Idaho to play Gozzer, would be willing to drive the couple hours extra to see RCCC.  That being said, I'm pretty sure it would be RCCC in a blowout!
