Don't know too much about the golf course. Any comments?


It looks the real estate will now be developed at a lower level 700K+ instead of 2M+. The clubhouse will now not be a monument to excess. The community will be renamed to Talis Park.

I toured the GC with the pro at the time back when I was writing my Dye Book in 2007.  I devoted a chapter in the book to the GC (pp 234) If anyone has an interest let me know and I will email the chapter.  It was a real monument to excess..I remember that much!

Just looking at one photo of this course I think it is fairly safe to say that Dye had almost no involvement in this course.
