Corballis Links redevelopment
« on: September 06, 2009, 02:46:53 PM »
This is a very short public colf course in Dublin. There used to be a very nice set of holes and a few in a field, but now there have been some new holes put in by Jeff Howes.

Thanks Jack. My wife is intent on more visits to Dublin so  I must check this out.  They look on interesting land but the par 4 fifth looks unbeliveably narrow in that photo, hopefully it opens out.

How would it compare to Sutton?
Let's make GCA grate again!

Hi Tony

Let me know when you're over, and hopefully we'll get out for a game, if you have time.

Completely different to Sutton. There are some pretty big dunes in Corballis. Hopefully I'll be going out to play there soon, but have not seen the new holes in person yet. Anything would be an improvement on the holes in the boggy field. Just flat and uninteresting.

Regards

John
